A resident site Engineer was appointed by LAN to supervise day to day
activities and monitor quality of work carried out
Note: LAN Management Development Service was pre qualified and selected
for this job from over 50 prospective applicants
SERVICE
  • Review the tender documents to ensure that the documents have
  • been prepared in accordance with the project brief
  • Assist Client in tender evaluation
  • Assist Client to select specialized contractors
  • Prepare & establish a cost control system
  • Co-ordinate & monitor the project activities
  • Contract administration
  • Conduct progress review meetings
  • Verification of Contractors’ Bills/Claims
  • Prepare monthly progress report
  • Assist in obtaining statutory certificates
