BACK GROUND The services of a Project Manager were requested by the Client to co-ordinate and manage the service of the various consultants & contractors in order to complete the project within the time cost and targets.
SERVICE
  • Review Project Brief with necessary comments to Client.
  • Review/Assess Consultant’s performance and work.
  • Assist Client in certification of Payments to Consultants.
  • Conduct Progress Review Meetings.
  • Assist Client to review and evaluate Pre-qualification documents submitted by prospective Applicants.
  • Assist Client in development and finalization of Pre-qualification criteria for short-listing of prospective Contractors.
  • Review the tender documents to ensure that the documents have been prepared in accordance with the project brief.
  • Assist Client in tender evaluation.
  • Assist Client to select specialized contractors.
  • Prepare & establish a cost control system.
  • Co-ordinate & monitor the project activities.
  • Contract administration.
  • Conduct progress review meetings.
  • Verification of bills.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports.
  • Assist in obtaining statutory certificates/approvals.
